Our practice is built for cases where preparation, leverage, and accountability matter — not volume settlements or shortcuts. From day one, every case is evaluated on the facts, the evidence, and the long-term impact on the client.
Meet Kenneth V. Mitchell
Kenneth V. Mitchell is a Texas-licensed attorney who has practiced law since 2018. He represents individuals and families in complex personal injury matters, including motor vehicle collisions, commercial trucking crashes, wrongful death, and premises liability claims.
Before entering private practice, Mr. Mitchell served in the United States Army and later worked as a police officer. That background informs how cases are investigated, evaluated, and prepared — particularly in matters involving collisions, scene analysis, and disputed liability.
In addition to his legal training, Mr. Mitchell completed advanced accident investigation coursework, including training in crash dynamics, evidence preservation, and collision analysis. This training supports a methodical, fact-based approach to serious injury and commercial vehicle cases.
Litigation Experience
Mr. Mitchell has handled cases from intake through resolution, including discovery, depositions, motion practice, mediation, and trial preparation. His experience includes first-chair and second-chair work in both personal injury and criminal matters, as well as litigation involving trucking, transportation, and other civil tort disputes.
KVM Law Firm approaches serious injury cases with trial readiness from day one, strengthening leverage and positioning clients for meaningful outcomes.
Education and Licensing
Mr. Mitchell earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Houston Law Center and was admitted to the State Bar of Texas in 2018.
His professional training includes coursework in trial advocacy, depositions, legal writing, Texas procedure, and accident investigation.
